INITIALISATION PROCESS


The Initialisation Process costs £75. 

It is common to all plans and allows the establishment of key data and objectives via:

  • Initial email communication and questionnaire
  • Consultation, in person or video chat
  • Establish training zones after performance testing
  • Establish athlete power profile to identify strengths and areas for improvement
  • Analysis of historical training data
  • Detailed analysis of last two months training via your training diary or Strava feed
  • Establish short and long term goals
  • Creation of your Training Peaks Account
