Your coach will design a plan suitable to meet your current fitness levels and future goals, specifically designed to fit around your lifestyle and the time you have to train.
Regular Workout Feedback
Your coach will monitor your progress, analyse your workouts and provide regular constructive feedback.
Communication
You will have a full-time coach appointed to you. Regular contact via the Training Peaks App, WhatsApp, email or telephone as required.
Workouts and Plans
All athletes will have access to a Training Peaks account. Workouts will be emailed to you daily, appear on your personal calendar and can be easily synced to your device (Garmin/Wahoo).
